Creamy fish soup

This is a recipe for a tasty and filling fish soup, with two types of fish. Serve with some good bread, or warm garlic baguettes.

Steps

Step 1: Add water and bouillon to a large pot

Step 2: Peel and cut the carrots into short, thin strips. Add them to the pot

Step 3: Cut the leek into two halves along the middle, and chop it into thin strips. Add them to the pot

Step 4: Cut both types of fish into small cubes, and set aside

Step 5: Turn on the stove, and let it simmer with the vegetables for five minutes

Step 6: Add the cream, and a tablespoon of flour. Mix well until smooth, and bring it to a boil again slowly

Step 7: Turn down the heat, and add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste

Step 8: Add the fish, and turn the heat back up

Step 9: When the water is very close to boiling, the soup is done. Enjoy!
