Pasta with creamy tomato and ham sauce

This is a pasta dish with a simple creamy sauce based on processed ham. You can optionally add some diced mushrooms (e.g. field mushroom) along with the ham. The picture uses full-grain spaghetti, which makes the dish a bit more filling.
