Steps

Step 1: Prepare the fish by chopping it into small cubes

Step 2: Peel the carrots, and chop them into small strips. Cut the leek into small pieces

Step 3: Add the vegetables, bouillon cubes, and water to a pot

Step 4: Bring to a small boil, and let it simmer for a few minutes

Step 5: Turn down the heat, and add the heavy cream

Step 6: Sprinkle the bread flour, salt, and pepper on top. Stir carefully until all flour chunks are dissolved

Step 7: Turn the heat up carefully, and bring to a boil

Step 8: Turn down the heat, and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the citric acid powder, and adjust with salt and pepper to taste

Step 9: Add the fish cubes, and wait for the soup to start boiling again
